The Team at FCA Health & Fitness invites you to have the Healthiest Year of your life!  And we know that no matter what condition you are currently in, you can make improvements with a plan and the desire and accountability to make it happen! 

We also know that real health involves more than just the physical.  Some have great physical health, but have neglected their spirit – their relationship with God.  Others are overweight or battling illness, but have a strong connection with God through the Word and prayer.  And no matter where you fall on this continuum, we want to help you get on track – spiritually and physically! 

The FCA Health & Fitness Challenge is the only challenge that will motivate you to improve both your physical and spiritual health! 

When you sign up for the challenge you will have access to incredible resources - articles on virtually every health issue, exercise videos, and nutrition tips.  We will even send you an exercise plan each week to help you make progress along the way!  But most importantly, we will encourage you to go deeper with God - to make a stronger connection!  You set your own physical and spiritual goals and we help you along the way!

Here is how it works:

1. Complete the "Take the Challenge" Entry form online - you can enroll & start the challenge at any time! 
         Start today!

2. Click on "Tools & Resources" (to the left) and:
         Download & Print the 12-week Challenge - Fitness & Nutrition Program Guide
         Download & Print the Goal Tracking Form
         Use any of the other tools and resources recommended there!

3. Record and Post Your 12-week Spiritual and Physical Goals -          
         Record Your Physical and Spiritual Goals using the Goal Tracking Form
         POST them in a prominent place (perhaps on the refrigerator) 

4. Use the Resources and Tools that we send you each week - exercise plan, nutrition
         guidelines, articles, videos, motivational messages, and scripture to reach your goals.

5. Track and Record Your Progress - Using the Goal Tracking Form, record your progress
         each week toward achieving your physical and spiritual goals!

         At the end of 12 weeks, we know that you will be healthier - both physically and spiritually!
