The FCA Fitness Nutritional Program is based upon Biblical principles. We believe that God, the body’s builder, created food for our bodies to give us energy, sustain life, prevent disease, improve performance, and facilitate healing. We emphasize “smart” food choices from unrefined, whole foods that provide a variety of nutrients, balance blood sugar levels, promote satiety, fight cravings, maximize energy, and control weight.
Our food choices will affect our moods, our mental focus, our physical performance, our weight, our immune system function, and even our decision-making ability. We look to the Bible for instruction on the best foods to eat for maximum health and performance!
